Mr. Sundeep Arora has over two decades of work experience with leading Indian and Multinational Companies, before setting up his own venture in August - 2014, His last corporate assignment was with an MNC in Recruitment and Flexi Staffing Services Industry as its Vice President Legal & Compliance for India.

Sundeep is well regarded employment and allied laws expert and has been a multitasking professional throughout and in addition to his role in above stated entities

Panel Advocate of Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India for department of E.P.F.O., North Delhi, for Delhi High Court and NCDRC, Since 2015-2019.
External/NGO member on the Internal Committee (IC) of few Leading Companies – Constituting an ICC is a legal and regulatory requirement under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prohibition, Prevention and Redressal) Act, 2013, for every organization which employs 10 or more employees.
Corporate Trainer-Conducts training sessions/workshops under the Sexual Harassment Act. As you may know, arranging these sessions for ICC members and all the employees are mandatory for every organization which employs 10 or more persons. Act is applicable on all such companies in Public and Private Sector alike.
Legal & Regulatory Committee member of Indian Staffing Federation (ISF)-An organization working for reforms in Indian Labour Market – 2011-2014 as representative of one of the founding member Companies.
Registered Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association.
